Three 2-story office buildings totaling 174,000 square feet over ten years of development.

After preparing a master plan for the property, taking into account all zoning and code requirements, KNBA developed a 3-phase approach. Site planning design responds to the busy thoroughfare adjacent to the property and centralizes parking, leveraging best use of the shape and form of the site and allowing the buildings to maintain a strong visual presence at the street.
