An existing early 20th century warehouse building developed into state of the art office space.
The Nabisco Building is located on the campus of Brown-Forman Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky. The original 10,000 square feet warehouse building had been divided into multiple disparate functions. This renovation uncovered previously concealed attributes that fostered the development of a distinctive aesthetic identity within Brown-Forman’s corporate office and workstation layout standards. The work included all new interior construction, finishes, lighting and HVAC systems.
