This Fortune 500 Company had outgrown their Louisville headquarters.

The new office building consists of six stories of occupied space, with a 7th-floor mechanical penthouse. The total area is 140,000 square feet. A restaurant is located on the first floor, fronting the public square, providing an outlet for activity and engagement within the public square.

Kindred Square provides an intimate park for visitors to sit and gather while connecting with the urban setting. The shade, plantings and water feature draw people to the public square, enlivening the space with energy and activity. The water feature wall at the northern end of the square will be an art piece in itself and is the focal point for the courtyard. The water wall will define the square and provide a buffer between the relocated alley and the public space.
