House on Helm Mixed-Use Historic Home & Event Space

KNBA is transforming this historic home into a custom event space while maintaining residential living.

This existing 2-story historic home structure dates from the early 1800’s and includes 20th Century additions of a 1-story breezeway and greenhouse which was demolished as part of this construction project. An 1,800 SF, 1-story event room was added to the west, and a 2-story residential addition was added to the southeast. Exterior and interior renovations of the historic structure were also completed.
