KNBA, with partner Swope Design Group, was selected for the renovation of the legendary Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. This $80M renovation includes 1,239 guest rooms and suites, West Tower brasserie-style restaurant with outdoor seating, Jockey Silks Lounge, West Tower lobbies and signature restaurant, Conservatory Lounge and Restaurant and East Tower lobby with new bar.

Major renovations include re-imagining guest rooms and public spaces with renewed design, furnishings and finishes inspired by the food, bourbon, horses and colors of Kentucky. The hotel will also introduce fresh culinary concepts to all dining facilities including three new restaurants. The hotel will begin construction in June 2018 and expects to complete the transformation by early 2020.
