This new office building is located at a crucial intersection of the public square of Norton Commons, a ‘New Urbanism’ development of approximately 2,200 home sites in eastern Louisville.

The 36,800 square foot office building is three stories above grade, with a full basement. Tenant floors of approximately 9,300 square feet each were purpose-designed to accommodate a future restaurant space on the corner of Meeting St. and Norton Commons Blvd., facing the adjacent public square. Generous floor-to-floor heights and ample windows provide the Owner with the ability to showcase the Norton Commons development to visitors.
