KNBA worked with structural firm, KPFF, and the City of Madison, Indiana to renovate the existing Crystal Beach Community Center and swimming pool. Below are the items that have been addressed in a two phase project:
- New Elevator Tower and Lobby/Entry Space
- Reconstruction of exterior deck and accessible stairs to the Second Floor
- Renovation of Second Floor Assembly Space
- New Second Floor restrooms and support spaces
- Renovation of Ground Floor Restrooms and Locker Rooms
- Creation of accessible entry/egress from Locker Rooms to Pool Deck
- Addition of Ground Floor Family Restroom
- Exterior painting of exterior wood/trim on main structure and Concession Building
- Replacement of Perimeter Fence
- Complete replacement of existing pool
- New, expanded pool amenities and new pool deck
- Associated site and peripheral work
