We are seeking a creative, passionate professional Architectural Designer or Architect to join our exceptional team and collaborate on some of Kentucky’s most prominent and award-winning projects.
Who You Are (Abilities):

Focused, curious, analytical, organized, and self-motivated
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the office organization, consultants, and clients
Clear graphic communication and presentation skills
Strong Revit and production skills required
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and various rendering tools & programs (SketchUp, TwinMotion, etc.)
What You Have Accomplished (Qualifications):
Professional degree (NAAB Accredited) in Architecture
Licensed architect, or license-track
Ideally have 2-5 years of experience in an architectural office environment
What Your Role Will Be (Responsibilities):
Participating with our team of architects in advancing design concepts into presentation quality drawings including rendered concepts, schematic and design-development floor plans and elevations, sections, details, and site plans
Producing accurate and timely construction documents, utilizing Revit
3D computer modeling and renderings, including coordinating with 3D laser scan point clouds
Consultant and client meetings, site visits, programming, presentations and other design documents and interactions as needed
Coordinating and prioritizing time resources to assure the completion of multiple ongoing projects and design efforts
Stay abreast with emerging trends and ideas, particularly regarding software, presentation methods, building materials, sustainability, and construction technologies
