RiverPark Place is a mixed-use residential development located on 30 acres along the Ohio River. Just one mile upstream from downtown Louisville, the development begins where the Waterfront Park ends. The project’s initial phase will include a 300-slip marina and a mix of 600 housing units. The total project consists of 1,500 condominium units. The project will be phased over a multi-year period.
