K. Norman Berry Associates collaborated with Deborah Berke Architect & Partners of New York City to design, renovate and construct a museum hotel within the West Main Street Historic District. The project consists of a ninety-room full service hotel and contemporary art museum. The main public space is a 5,000 sq ft gallery that houses a growing collection of contemporary art. The project also includes a world-class restaurant seating approximately 150 patrons adjoining a lounge and bar, which can accommodate another 100 patrons.

Proof On Main has been recognized by Esquire magazine as on of the Best New Restaurants of 2006. The hotel has been recognized by Interior Design magazine as ‘Best of Year Hospitality Design’ for 2006.
